We would first like to express our condolences to the families who have lost loved ones as a result of COVID-19 and hopes that those fighting the disease are able to recover quickly.

We at Maruzen Intec Co., Ltd. have aimed to be a company of value to society, always striving for sincerity in our actions. We have conducted CSR activities primarily centered on our local contributions and next-generation support in the form of sponsoring various sports meets to promote health and wellbeing, with one example being the naming rights for the Osaka Municipal Central Gymnasium/Osaka Pool.

As part of these activities, we have decided to donate 30 million yen to Osaka Prefecture’s “Novel Coronavirus Cooperation Fund.” We are doing this to help bring about a speedy recovery from and an end to COVID-19 infections as well as to support all the local healthcare providers who, despite their own worries of becoming infected, work tirelessly day and night on the front lines to treat those inflicted with the virus.
